He lives in Jupiter with his wife and two kids, where they enjoy the coastal lifestyle and being active in the local community.
Morgan brings a background in hospitality and sales, having managed restaurants and customer-facing teams with a focus on care and communication. She’s known for her empathy, patience, and thoughtful problem-solving — and believes every tenant deserves to feel welcome, respected, and at home.
Morgan is motivated by the belief that providing excellent tenant service, including dignity, safety, and peace of mind — especially for families, is foundational to delivering the highest level of care and results for the property owners we serve.
She lives in Jupiter with her husband and two children, where she also homeschools, gardens, and enjoys babysitting dogs. She’s a certified beer cicerone and passionate coffee enthusiast.

With Greg’s background in real estate investment and leadership, and Morgan’s experience in hospitality and people-focused service, they bring a well-rounded, values-driven approach to every relationship.
